A Few Photos

Sometimes I drive around with no plan in mind except to shoot photos. I just kinda go where the road takes me–a right here, left there, highway for 10 minutes…and just get out wherever I am. The other day I went on one of these mini adventures. I started on my roof, and then ended up driving to Highland Park, and then at some random Stable. Here are some of the photos I shot:

They’re all good, but the second to last is my favorite.
Great composition. The top of the hedge and the bottom of the roofline all line up perfectly on the “thirds” line and within each third of the frame there’s something different to look at but its no a cluttered photo. The stalk of whatever that is is great at leading the eye through the frame from the bottom.
